You (or anyone accompanying you) have cough, fever, cold or flu-like symptoms
You (or anyone accompanying you) have traveled internationally in the past 14 days
You (or anyone accompanying you) have had contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who is undergoing a test for COVID-19
